Villa Aureli, Perugia (Italy) May 23-25, 2011
The aim of this conference is to celebrate the contributions to Science made by Robert Fosbury during his career. The astrophysical ones range from active galaxies to normal ones, from local objects to the most distant ones, from the theory of ionized gas to the polarization techniques, from the exploitation of the Hubble Space Telescope to the dissemination of astronomy to the public.
In addition Bob has other interests, such as atmospheric physics and photography. The conference is an opportunity to gather collaborators and other scientists to discuss past and future topics related to Bob’s scientific activity.
