Dear Participant, this is the third (and likely the final) circular related to the Elba 2009 Workshop on Pulsars in their diversity 1) Accommodation: if you have not done it already, PLEASE RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ASAP ! The rooms available in Marciana Marina for the week of the Workshop are approaching zero at an incredible speed. 2) Complimentary bus: timetable and stops are by now final. Please note that while the bus is free, the ferry boat is not. The cost (12-20 euros each way, depending on the Company) will be collected on the bus by one of us, who will purchase the ferry tickets at the harbour and then distribute them to the travellers. 3) Registration fee: we would have liked no registration at all, but in the end -balancing the grants and the bills- we must collect a registration fee of 150 euros per participant; these will have to be paid in cash in euros at the Workshop desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other currency, nor any other form of payment. 4) Conference dinner: the conference dinner will take place at the restaurant
"Capo Nord" in Marciana Marina, starting at 20.30 (sharp!) on Wednesday June 17.
It will feature fish and seafood (unless you click the "no fish" option in the
web form). The cost will be zero for registered participants and 50 euros each
for accompanying persons; children less than 10 years will be admitted free of
charge. See you in Elba very soon !

Logistic information will be posted on the web page as soon as it becomes available, so please visit the page every now and then. We intend to send around "alert" messages concerning important logistic milestones (for instance, the opening of the hotel booking window). Please note that a registration fee will be collected in cash directly at the workshop. The final amount will depend (inversely) on the institutional support granted to the organizers, however we guess something of the order of 100-150 euros.
