My main field of interest is modelling
the spectral energy distributions (SEDs) of galaxies with
DUSTY,
a code written by Moshe Elitzur and his research group
at the University of Kentucky.
I have created a library of almost 1,000,000 SEDs which
span a wide range of stellar metallicities and ages, as well
as dust properties and geometries.
I am using this library to derive dust temperatures, opacities,
and masses of local and distant galaxy populations in order to investigate
trends with stellar metallicity and mass and other galaxy properties.
